I work using a person-centred counselling approach, which emphasises empathy, understanding, and respect for each individual’s unique experiences. At the core of my practice is creating a safe and supportive space where clients can talk openly about their lives and feelings, exploring their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. ​

Speaking in this way can lead to meaningful change. It offers clarity, helping people better understand their experiences and emotions. As clients explore their lives in depth, they often find new perspectives, uncover solutions to problems, and begin to feel more at ease with themselves. Over time, this process can reduce anxieties, lift feelings of depression, improve relationships, and bring a renewed sense of purpose and direction to life.
